Be sure to watch the second half of this video to see and hear the guitar music genius of Carlos Santana. It’s hard to believe that Santana has been on the music scene since the 1960’s. Carlos is over sixty now and has reinvented himself and the Santana brand many times over the years.

One thing that has remained constant throughout his career is his mastery of a distinctive high pitched electric guitar sound that when you hear it screams only one thing — Carlos Santana.

Carlos may be getting to be a little old, like yours truly, but his sound is as vibrant and lively as ever. Go dancing into the night with Carlos Santana. You will be happy that you did.

Why is it that people who have everything have such a hard time with their marriages? I guess that they are the kind of people who are so ambitious and “me first” orientated that they are never satisfied and always want more.

Then there is the matter of their busy schedules, often keeping them apart for weeks or months at a time. It must be easy to become attracted to some other beautiful person when you are half way around the world from your mate.

One thing is for sure. The rest of the world can’t seem to get enough of the marriage ups and downs of famous people. Especially the downs.

Bob Dylan has been on the music scene for a long time. I can remember listening to Dylan long ago in the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s and he is still around. But then luckily so am I so I hope to keep on listening for a good while longer.

DYLAN WINS PULITZER PRIZE

Bob Dylan was awarded with a special citation Pulitzer Prize this year making history as the first rock and roll artist to be honored. Singer, songwriter, author, musician, and poet, Bob Dylan was recognized for his “profound impact on popular music and American culture, marked by lyrical compositions of extraordinary poetic power.”
